Any quotation is valid for a period of 30 days from the date of quoting. By accepting any quote whether writen or verbally you agree to the following terms and conditions. The Quote is based on a standard wash using a pure water fed pole system. The Quote excludes all Inaccessible glass or screens. Inaccessible means any glass or screens that cannot be reached by a 4 Story Water Fed Pole while remaining safely on the ground. Any extra work or stained glass will be charged accordingly upon both parties agreeing. Glass with security screens attached can only be cleaned by spraying glass cleaner through the screens and hosing/or rinsing with pure water this does not give very good results, for best results security screens should be removed prior to cleaning. If any fly-screens have not been removed upon request please be aware that the windows behind can only be rinsed off by spraying pure water through the screens this does not give very good results. While all due care is taken we cannot be held responsible for any water leaking into premises due to poor window seals or blocked window track drains, we recommend a towel to be placed on all window sills.  Any water damage due to windows being left open becomes the responsibility of the owner or tenant and they must be advised of this by the owner/manager before work has commenced. iWashwindows™ does not use scrappers on glass,we use a scratch free technique and there for we can not be held responsible for any other tradesman's or contractors that may have come into contact with the glass resulting in any damage/marks/scratches to the glass, we will not be held liable for any scratches or marks to the glass that are uncovered as a result of our cleaning. Regarding any late payments we reserve the right to charge any late payment fees or any other cost relating to late payment as outlined on invoices.
